Hello, I was wondering if you would listen to "America" by Simon & Garfunkel. The bass line is very interesting and melodic. It would be nice if you played it to bring it out. I think you might find it fun and interesting also. Thank you.

Always love your playing Thomas! It’s fascinating to me that in a world of talented players, certain musicians really touch your soul. You are definitely one of those for me. Thanks for sharing your talent and hard work with us. Blessings!

Thank you, you are producing the best bass lessons on KZbin. I've been watching and practising along your videos for more than 13 years. Thanks to YT algorithm, your videos are not appreciated as other low quality stuff. You are great!

I believe this is the same Vashon Johnson who at the age of 16 or so got some sort of grant (NEA?) to come East from Chicago and study with me for about a week. As I recall, I took him to the Blue Note in NYC one evening to hear Ray Brown. We sat in a front row seat about 15 feet from Ray.
