1st. You need to activate the RID of the drone with your personal number. 2nd. Your phone (and many others) probably does support wifi, but not wifi NaN ( beacon scanning ). Drone RID scanning on Android needs wifi NaN.

Will this drone follow you if you was in a moving car? Like other drones they follow the vehicle from a great height..which im not a fan of..as i record show car on the move..only achieved with a selfie stick and camera. No drone that i know of can follow a vehicle at close proximity..as in a few feet.

Doesn’t the FAA require that all drones regardless of weight be registered and use Remote ID when used for flights other than recreational? I believe that the FAA considers video posted on KZbin to be other than recreational use.

Isn’t it if you videos are monetized, then it’s no longer recreational use? Honestly, no one from the FAA is going to come after you for flying this drone. In fact many people around me loved the X1 drone when flown, and asked how they could get one. I wouldn’t stress about this one at all

@@scottgivens27 you might not be monetized but KZbin is making money off the content. If you make a video of a home then give it to a realtor for free but they use it to advertise a home it is the same thing. I just don’t want to see folks run out and buy these things thinking 249g is some magic number. 249g is for registration requirements only and then only if you use them for recreation only. All my drones, regardless of weight, are registered as part 107 drones just to be on the safe side. They also all are capable of transmitting RID.

@@bobwhitewo3b I think most people know that 249 is not the magic number. Because with a stroke of a pin, they could change it to all drones period, Which is basically where the DJI band is headed. The point is people shouldn’t stop losing their joy over what can or may eventually happen. 90% of the people that are using this drone or more will not be using it for monetary purposes. And those who are you and I both know are well aware of what they have to do. The FAA is more concerned with the type of drones that I fly on my channel than this guaranteed. I’m not suggesting people should live their lives. But this drone is not the FAA’s low to medium priority. If you fly commercially or part 107, then you know the risk. The average consumer buying this drone has bet little to be afraid of

I just got the PROMAX combo beacon Cycle pack for $900 when they started it at 9am...i LOOOVE the new feathers an all, just wish was with longer battery length like an Hour & maybe in Future will stands stronger in winds because everywhere u go in summer is breeze & kinda windy out these days, specially Biking , cant wait to get it & play with it😘🥂🔥

Great review, sir. I am an electric bicycle user myself for about 3+ years now. Almost the same spec as this one in the review but slightly bigger. A few questions since I am curently considering buying a replacement for my existing one (battery is not that good anymore): 1. How tall are you and is the bike capable of accommodating your size? I am short at 5'5", ~110 lbs but I find my bike wheelies a bit or has the tendency to on uphill inclines though you could lean forward to compensate. And also downhill might be worrisome as the front wheel is pulled in towards the center of gravity for the bicycle in review, the stem of the bike handle curves forward trying to compensate for the wheel. 2. How heavy is it with and without the battery? Thanks and more power to your channel

I'm watching this video on a late August morning when the temps were in the mid 50's when I woke up and I’m looking for my hoody. But I really could have used this device last week, LOL. I've heard of these devices but I don't ever think I see anyone using one of them before. But it looks great, I had no idea something like this could be so effective. The hot weather for this summer is coming to an end soon, hopefully not to soon, I might have to consider getting one for next summer. Great video Eddie, thanks for sharing.
