The message against homophobia aside: Their initial reaction in the locker room adresses a huge problem football has. Whenever there are racist or homophobic slurs, brawls, bengalos or other disruptions, destruction of property before or after the game...everyone always condemns it. Fans, teams, players, everyone. But it always ends on the same note "that's just part of football". But it doesn't have to be. it SHOULDNT be. Never in my life, in all the thousands of games I have ever watched, I had the thought "wow, what an exciting game! Only thing that could make it better is someone shouting faggot towards the other team!"

The fact that Missy might still regret not taking up the ride to school from George and spending time with him is absolutely heartbreaking.

Mandy mom is irritating. It’s as if she wants the marriage to fail. Men always date and or marry much younger than them and it’s completely fine. But let a woman do it, the earth shutters. Enough with the double standards. She should support her daughter and encourage her. Not want her daughter divorced because her marriage doesn’t fit inside the so called box she has drawn of what a marriage looks like.

Well I questioned Mandy’s intelligence until her “ex boyfriend” , now she’s a typical dumb blonde, getting by on her looks. Most women in her shoes really are that stupid. Really, after Georgie opened his mouth, you couldn’t tell his age? So much for a degree implying you’re smart. Show’s like this lower my expectations for women.

tbf a lot of this is still on Georgie. He was the one who rushed into a marriage. He's equally to blame as Mandy is for the pregnancy, but he was the one pushing so hard for them getting married.

“Put you down” wow that’s uh a really twisted and distant way to say you’ll kill him. He really is too far gone if he doesn’t even understand a death threat when he hears one. I wonder at what point exactly he crossed beyond reason.

In the Book of Daniel, in the revelatory 12th chapter, the author has a question for JEHOVAH God. He wants to know, from the One Who Lives Forever, when will the end of the current age be, and Jehovah's people will be with their Savior, The Messiah, who we now know is Jesus of Nazareth, King Immanuel. And He replies with the following timeline, which is anchored in two events of Jewish history. From the ending of the daily sacrifices in the Temple in Jerusalem, in mid-March of 597 B.C. when the Babylonians won their siege, until the setting up of the Abomination that makes desolate, there would be a passage of '1290 days', which we can see, from Jehovah's counting of a day for a year, to be 1290 years. Truly enough, in 688 A.D. the Mohammedans, began the construction of The Dome of the Rock, over the spot on which Abraham was going to sacrifice his only Messianic son, Isaac. In order to decide when this structure is 'set up', so we can know the beginning of the '1335 days', it could be a matter of looking at the year in which this structure was completed, not the year of the foundation laying; however none of the builders seemed to be concerned with accurate record-keeping, the way that Jehovah is. But then Jesus states that he who waits on The King's coming and is truly blessed, will enjoy His coming at the end of these 1335 years. We are led to believe, as the Apostle Paul wrote, that the Dead in Christ shall arise from their graves, then the Believers who are still living at that time on the Earth shall be taken up into the air to be with The Lord. Time is running out.

This couple rarely shows that they are in love so it’s nice to see their dynamic shift the more scenes they are given as well as talking about their situation to other people

Gotta love how The Cat hasn't seen Simon in 10 years probably yet she can easily read him as if she had never left him, she knows her kid well. Sad part is that she knows him well because Simon never really grew up after she left him and he met Grace.
