Hello. I love your videos and detailed instructions on how to use LOGO! functions. Idea for a future clip - I have had trouble finding tutorials covering analog to digital conversion. ex: analog input signal defines if the three speed motor will run in I, II or III speed.. so analog input signal defines three digital outputs as a step controller. this is also rarely discussed in the siemens forum topics as well..

An amazing set of videos produced, thank you for these. Would I be right in saying that for the Logo! Siemens PLC, which possesses 4 digital inputs that can be converted into 4 analogue inputs, the 4 analogue inputs can only receive 0-10 Volt signals but in order to use a 4-20mA input it would require the use of resistors to match 10V to 20mA? Would it be possible for you to make a video with 4-20mA & 0-20mA sensors being used and the signals converted in a demo circuit by an analogue amplifier on logo? Thank you!

That's a nice trick! A slight recommendation would be for the print base to be three pieces, the handle, the actual base and the vessel, with the vessel in one piece and on its head, that would achieve the ideal 3d printing orientation to avoid warping, and if for some reason you need really good tolerances you could print it with a raft
@QuickPLC-kh5of6 ай бұрын
Thanks, Eric. I had a couple of constraints. I have a really cheap, low-quality printer at home but decided to make these on an Ultimaker 2+ at my local library. (It just worked!) The print bed is about 22.5 cm square so it was a tight fit. It also put all the support on the inside which kept the outside clean. I think I could have avoided most of the distortion by fitting the lamp top during the glue-up. It would have held the lamp sides in the correct relative positions. Have a look at kzbin.info/www/bejne/hoitYqdpYpdmiacsi=TVp8rnDAgg5_9OKE to see more!

@@QuickPLC-kh5of I see, in that case you may benefit from creating a guiding lid, just some "jigsaw" pattern on the bottom that will help you align everything else, you could also get some ideas from wood joins, I've made my fair share of them for 3D prints and they do wonders

Hello! I have a question again)) - did I understand correctly: the NOT block in one cycle has an output of 1, in the next cycle it has 0 and then everything repeats?
@QuickPLC-kh5of6 ай бұрын
Sorry for the delay. I didn't notice your comment. At what time in the video are you asking?
@АлексМахонин-л7д6 ай бұрын
Hello. Everything is fine! Starting from 1:37, you assemble a circuit with recursion to the NOT block. In the first cycle, the output of the NOT block is a logical one, in the second cycle it is a zero, and so on, each odd cycle is equal to a logical one, and every even cycle is equal to a logical zero? It turns out that the block does NOT switch its state in each new cycle?
