Что меня всегда до слёз трогает? - это то, как Пинхас несёт две скрипки! Вот она, настоящая дружба! И Ицхак может полностью доверять другу!

He was amazing at what he could at an advanced age, he played and concertized until he died at 94. I am 82 and have been playing since I was 15. I am very grateful that my hands and fingers work well enough to continue to study and play. I never came close to his achievement but just am happy that I can well enough to enjoy it. I went to two of his concerts in Boston, one when he was 75 and one when he was 85. He was great, with no amplification filled symphony hall.

This performance single handedly influenced me to learn this etude. I've been playing it for 15 years now and it's still the most challenging piece I've ever played in 30 + years. He makes it look like nothing. The confidence, technical and musical mastery, is nothing short of best ever. This is the most powerful and technically perfect version that exists. It's exceptional.

Now I want to go to a live classical concert. They host them for free every so often, I'll have to look up when and where.

I'd like Segovia to personally teach me how to play this, then practice it for 10 years, i know for a fact It would'nt sound a quarter as good, and i been playing 55 years.

All of those guys here on KZbin that come up with the “Greatest Guitarist Lists” always focus on one genre. I hope you are watching this. Sure, there are talented rock guitarists, but the talent also lives in classical, jazz, country, flamenco and others.

A great debt is owed to those quality artists who sought Segovia out and the quality of the filming and recording that has been done here. A real piece of posterity and really priceless.

The Old Castle- like Knowledge-Holding music... extremely deep, the insight of this man of knowledge, musical sage, the composer; one of the Noble And Grand one souls. To depict Uinllean, Great Joy in music is a rare ability- especially near the end with a developed interpretation of the initial theme. Sehr affektiert... liebe es.

A legendary record. I am fascinated while watching it. Do you have with the same team a Piano Trio in E-flat major, Op.70 "No.2" recording? Beethoven's Opus 70 No:2 is also very magnificent.

They say D-minor is the saddest of all keys. Yes it is. Only thing missing would be to have performed int in A432hz or A444 Solfeggio-frequency. I’ll convert it now and post it up, There is also room for some stereo mixing since it is a si ngle, bare, 4-note instrument.
