For those that do not have the handle to pull the door off, remove the T20 screw on the lower panel. Use a pick took to disconnect the floor lighting. Comes off easy. Then take the two T20 screws from either side of the cover near the airbag cover. Then using a pick, disconnect the fan and set aside. Flip open the cabin air filter door and then take the cabin filter door off by lifting up on the hinge door and it will slide out of its housing. This makes it way easier to remove (top then bottom), then install (bottom then top). Airflow goes from front of the car to the rear (or to your left if you're looking at the air filter housing). This is where a Brit engineer is getting revenge on the Germans for taking their brand and making it better! Only problem, it's huge pain in the rear doing this yourself!! Way harder than it should have been!!

What is that cord hanging down behind the mirror?? I have that same cord and cannot tell what to do with it. My mirror came completely off after knocking into it, and once I figured out how to put the mirror back on I now have that cord hanging down.

Im having my oil pan replaced with an aluminum one because i noticed an aggressive oil leak under the car. I assumed, without inspecting the pan with the covering underneath blocking visibility, that so much oil had to be from a more aggressive leak than what i saw up top. But during operating pressure, could that valve seal leak actually be expelling the entire oil leak issue? If so i imagined i would see more oil pooled around the injector/coil area and not just the small pool that was there. Also, theres no oil burning odor or smoke. Any thoughts? And thanks again!

I hade problems with sunshade and I tried do reset like u did in the video but know I have more problems. Now the roof just want to tilt and nothing else works. The heard some clicking noise when I tried to reset and after that I got more problems 😢

Bad turbo

Replacing the turbo cardridge on a '07 R56 cost me about €400, thought it would be thousands, but no. So it's not that expensive (comparatively).

Dont need to replace it, get sealant inside bag and fixed. Same like a tire.

Is tantamount, to waiting for a toothache to decide you need to see a dentist. There has never been a time, that I can recall . When I have driven my 2014 Mini cooper S convertible Roadster, 6 speed and it is in Mint condition. 54, 000 miles. That it has Not,drawn compliments. Everywhere I go. Guaranteed... Always, someone is asking to buy it. Yes, some envious, will say, it is a "Chick car". However, I am a glass half full kinda guy. I prefer, to refer to it as, a "Babe magnet". I know without a doubt. I can name my price. Knowing, this car is worth. What someone is willing to pay for it. This is from experience. People have offered me money on the spot. Including one guy who offered me his truck and $10, 000 as he stated . "I have, to have this car". However, I have a Lincoln MKZ, Silverado truck and my Mini. (No more Motorcycles, I do not heal so quickly anymore.) I Love my mini, it is so much fun to drive. I can sell it. No doubt. But everything else out there, Is just a Car. This is so much fun, The compliments are amazing .To some, This car,is a Rock Star and you can be certain, There is , NO Bovine Excrement here. Semper FI

Hi there, my 2009 mini cooper, has been having oil problems lately, and more recently its idl gets so low when at park or at a traffic light that thr car turns off but then a second later starts again.is there anything you would recommend?
