These stretches are magic! I triggered an old RSI injury by pushing myself to finish a task on my laptop and my hand, arm, shoulder and upper back seized up. It was so horrible it was a struggle to get out of bed. I couldn't even turn while sitting. The pain was so bad it was making me nauseous. I tried painkillers, yoga, massage pen... nothing worked. I got up in the middle of the night and tried these stretches. I was able to get to sleep and in the morning I was able to roll out of bed. I did the stretches on and off all day and I can feel the mobility coming back. Thank you! I got my life back!

To anyone watching this and has pain anywhere in the body, please educate yourself with DR Sarno work on TMS. These kind of pains are PSYCHOSOMATIC in nature. Pain is real but the cause is not, its cause is due to repression of emotions, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR WRIST/BACK/HIPS

Thank you so much, these exercises have helped massively in such a short time! i I have a very arduous job which is tough on my hands/wrists/biceps! I have been suffering carpel and cupital tunnel for over 2 yrs, i wear full splits on both arms/hands and thumbs at rest! I have very puffy hands especially in the mornings, I can’t really use my hands for about an hour after I get up, I have been doing these before bed for 5 days and it’s already made a huge improvement, swelling has reduced, also stiffness and lack of feeling and tingling in the mornings have improved greatly! I’m stunned and extremely grateful! Thanks! massively improved I’m amazed! I will keep you updated on further progress or regression! Thankyou for helping m

Thank you very much for your info. The Mouse and video games was my problem. Your exercises saved me from a lot of pain and much verse. Sadly had to cut down on my gaming as my body is complaining of the abuse. Keep up the good work.

I live in brisbane Australia its very hit here in summer, any tips on keeping the water from going stagnant? I use a bucket with cotton wicking coming through the pot with dirt into the bucket of water

I work as a programmer. Everyone in the office, as well as my friends and their families, knows your wrist exercises. I go back to this video every time my wrist starts acting up ... and it help me every time...this time just thought I'd come back to this video and thank you for this.

They finished here last week after a little over 3 weeks. Some locals got grumpy about the road closures and changes, but most of Borrego was OK with it as it benefitted the local hotels, restaurants, and businesses.

@@matthewhrndz this work wonders for me. I did it every morning for 5 days. Now when I feel my hand getting sore I do the exercise and it feels so much better and the relief is just great because I thought that I would have to continue wearing my hand brace and continue taking pain medication.

My RSI resurged recently due to extensive mouse working. I also had a little problem with the neck and right arm radial, ulnar and median nerve. I recently saw a physiotherapist who correctly diagnosed the issue and prescribed me some exercise for the neck, wrist, shoulder blade. progress were slow and i could not use the mouse or anything else. I gave it a try to your exercises and I could gently be back to work. Super thanks!😀
