LOVE Morrowind, but I don't hate on the new games. We all grew up with what we grew up with. I miss A LOT of the features, and I hope they bring some back. I think they may have learned from Starfield. They can't just release rehashed Skyrim games anymore, as much as I liked Starfield. I think even folks now a days are looking for more hardcore experiences. Just look at how big Anomaly got.

Always found it interesting how the biggest critics of Daggerfall are hardcore Morrowind fanboys who bring up Oblivion and Skyrim up on charges that Morrowind is the most guilty of.

If you want some FPS games to play, you could play Bethesda's Terminator games.

good video man. I'd only add one thing to the mordhau topic - the biggest issue of the game, the reason I left it after ~300h is that their main point was to fix ballerina moves. And, you guessed it, it was not fixed. It was even worse in some cases than chiv1! Now, while chiv2 still has some issues with this, it's much better here

I played it through when it was new. I'd played a little of ES1, so the world size wasn't a surprise, but those dungeons floored me. They're wonderfully labrynthine. I haven't played the "small dungeon" option, but it isn't necessary. Just accept the fact that you won't map the entire dungeon, do what you're there to do and leave.

Honestly while it wasn't exactly the greatest games a lot of these were really promising concepts and given how much fun it was to play as kids it actually inspired quite a lot of indie games today! A lot of my own projects are partially inspired by the games i played on good ol' funorb when i was a wee lad, including one of my current games. It makes me a little sad to see you just glance some of the better ones, but given that they need some time and skill investment to actually be fun it's understandable lol But yeah, i think we can all agree on the one true goat of this site, which is indeed Arcanists.

As someone who owns all except ShadowKey (having to run DOSBox as a seperate app before Steam did it for you) I really enjoy Daggerfall. Way easier than Arena. It took me several years to actually get out of Arena's starting dungeon. That being said... who doesn't like Serana? Edit: Yes, those Skeletons fuck you up. And I have never turned on that option for smaller dungeons on Unity. Don't be polite with common folk. Be Blunt. That's where you went wrong. And I recognize that dungeon with the Mummy...

By chance anyone remembers summoning game with rs gods? I think it was online strategy/pvp game. I just remeber that it cost coins summoning something like saradomin monsters to fight other players summoning zamorak/armadyl/bandos monsters... it was so long ago my memory is foggy about it
