Fun fact. You know the Pontiac front end US market Holden's got? Then the front end that Australia ones got.. Holden had spare Pontiac fronts left over after the G8 run.. so they offered them to local Holden buyers to spec it as a Pontiac front lmao. Every once in a while you'll see a Holden with a Chevy badge replacing the Holden circle. But then you also see the complete Pontiac front.

I"m the original owner... 20 years, my 04 Toy Tundra Limited Edition running strong with 205,000 miles.❤ until a speeding teenage driver crossed the divide and slammed into the front of my truck. Both airbags deployed and I walked away with mild whiplash and a couple bruises from my seatbelt. My beautiful Tundra is sitting in the towyard waiting for its demise. Who will buy it besides the salvage yard now? 😢

@ ended up drilling into the stud and breaking it off to get the wheel off. Car had steel wheels preventing access to the back, couldn’t get the right angle on a blade. But what a genius idea to see and have in my mental toolbox now. Hold the blade, spin the bolt.

My dad gave me his 73 recently. I went to pick it up with him in 1974. Traded a vw bug and $1000 cash. Since then, we've been everywhere in it. Nice find, man!! Enjoy!

Had my 14 super crew 3 years now and getting close to 140k and I love it, come from a 15 ram laramie 4x4 with a weird transfer case that disengage front wheels at idle (very dangerous on boat ramps) and wanted a real 4x4. I only had to do maintenance and had no failure in 30k miles. Brakes, shocks, all lubs, water pump, auxiliary belt and tensioners, all ball joints and tires replaced, just as any other car would do at same mileage. Done few trips with 8k boat trailer and that thing can tow very well, I have sync 3 with carplay so not missing anything a newer truck would have. I love the fact that that V8 runs solid and feel confident to take any distance trip in fact we do twice yearly go away 1500miles from home and it's a lot of fun.

I’ve been watching videos of Deloreans being converted to electric so it was interesting to see this one in perfect original condition. Selling it makes a lot of sense to me as owning an impractical car like this seems like a rich man’s game as you’d mostly be storing it. Funny to have a car be so unorthodox but be a poor driving car too. I didn’t realize they came in manual transmission.

the perfect video because I am torn on a first gen tundra I am going to look at tomorrow and a more modern f150 or silverado but the tundra comes about $10k under the rest in price and really clean 06 limited for 14.5k 101k miles. so altho not looking at a raptor as much as a newer 5.0 still good to see the size comparison between these two!

Just stumbled on this via Google. That wasn't the car that Hasselhoff drove. Matt just put his name on it as a gag. He got the car from me, and I got it in partial trade from another friend. It was a McKeever Celebrity Race car though, but I don't remember if we ever figured out who actually drove that one.

One edge of the blade i wedged into the caliper. With the vice grips I simply pulled down on the blade to create some pressure against the stud

Get a 9/16 or 5/8 hole saw, you can cut the threads of the lugnut and leave the stud untouched if you drill straight. That's one nobody knows about...
@rupe53
@rupe53 Ай бұрын
yes, but if the stud is spinning you are sunk there. The drill / saw won't cut.
@Brother2Jis_27s4
@Brother2Jis_27s4 Ай бұрын
@rupe53 true, hopefully it gets caught before it gets to that point. If you get a pry bar behind a spoke or put the weight of the car back on it it usually stops it from spinning
