I just used mine after purchasing months ago. I don’t like it. It’s too messy. Tried tomato sauce and now my white kitchen has sauce all over it. It makes too much mess.

It did appear that the instructions were not followed to the letter in some of these tests.

I fry the fries without flipping and the came out pretty gud on both rocks but you just have to turn down the temperature

Meat Tines. I thought I didn't receive them either, but actually, I threw them away by accident. I was packing it up to bring it back to Best Buy because I didn't see the tines. Then I saw a tiny piece of plastic bag hidden in the corner of the styrofoam. The mean tines are not very big, however they are large enough to hold a 3 lb chicken. I went back and showed the manager at Best Buy in case another customer said the same. Yeah, that's because I made such a stink I had to eat some humble pie and apologize.

I found this device to SMELL horribly of that electrical/chemical smell that emanates from the fan. We have to keep it outside when cooking it smells so bad.
