Nice review. Quick question - is there an option to use just one of the zones, if I have smaller quantity?

You can, for example, place food in Zone 1 and leave Zone 2 empty, and have both zones start. Then press Zone 2, press down the time arrow to 0 to end the cooking in Zone 2 and have Zone 1 continue cooking. Please watch at 5:20
