I learned these from you a few years ago from a different video. It changed my life, and I've added it to SO MANY yoga classes I've taught - both public and private - always giving you credit (asteya). I usually follow teaching it by saying, "if you do 10 of these per day, it'll change the relationship with your neck and shoulders for the better."

You’re not alone in that! There are definitely more options than this. Getting outside in any form on a nice day, doing chair yoga or exercises outside is a great place to start!

Thanks again, Emily. This is just what I needed today. I've been bike commuting and notice a twinge in my neck occasionally when I ride over bumps. These little pains feel like warning shots :( I'm trying to take better care of my neck and this stretch is helpful.
