Having a strong core is much more than doing planks and sit ups.
Did you know that your core is actually a system of muscle groups, coordinating their action together to help you move better and more efficiently??
This video shows a simple progression that you can use to build core strength. Breath is so important because the diaphragm is a part of your core system. Use your breath during exercise and strengthening to get stronger.
