Having payments is not a bad thing as long you can afford it...thats how you build credit...the problem is when people with bad credit buy something outiside their budget. Honestly even if i had the money to pay in full i would just go for the low monthly patment and put a fat downpayment and have nice super low monthly and grow my credit...

Please note there are bots in the comments faking a discussions about the "advisors" who helped them grow their portfolio. Not sure if that is some kind of scam, but be vigilant.

Market highs can sometimes be followed by corrections, but predicting the timing and extent of it is challenging. I've heard some analysts talk about a 'massive' correction. It makes me wonder if it's time to adjust my $2M portfolios or maybe even consider some defensive investments.

I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started investing. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders

My life changed too when I started doing this and putting money in stocks. The first few years it as really great, but this year I haven't felt like my portfolio is doing well. I have lost more than $40,000 from my portfolio the past four months, and it's now very worrisome.

There are many differing viewpoints regarding equities and their projections for the next years; I strive for short-term substantial returns from market corrections, and I'd surely get on the boat if I knew anything about day-trading. I'm just searching for the appropriate moves to increase and protect my $490k reserve from inflation.

You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.

Often people underestimate the value of counseling until their own emotions become overwhelming. A few summers ago, after a long divorce, I needed a huge push to keep my business going. I searched for licensed advisors and discovered one with the greatest qualifications. Despite inflation, she has helped increase my reserve from $275k to $750k.

I think a good investment portfolio should have three basic things: ETFs for diversification, dividend stocks for cash flow, and leading tech stocks. With your budget, it's a good idea to talk to a fiduciary financial advisor for expert advice.

My wife and I achieved middle class recently. Two paid off 4-year college degrees (engineer & teacher), two used fun Hondas paid in cash, a new home, and after a job change, quintupled my modest retirement savings. Have yet to turn 30. Invested heavily into the tools, education and careers that make us unique and useful. Watched a lot of friends hit other goals and live more lavishly for a long time, but now the momentum has picked up and it feels like we are on a rocket ship. Even if we crash, I still feel confident we have what it takes to keep going. It took, and still takes, a lot of discipline and patience! Thank you for the perspectives, tools and insights that make us grateful and optimistic for the future.

I noticed he did a 48month term instead of the more common 60month term yes the interest rate will be slightly higher but your minimum monthly payment goes down quite a bit. Instead of 884 at 48months it would be about 660 at the same interest rate for 60months. You can avoid interest by paying off more money each month. The amount you decide to spend on a car payment from your monthly income is completely subjective as long as you can afford it. Everybody has different priorities and things that make them happy.

Investing in alternative income streams that are independent of the government should be the top priority for everyone right now. especially given the global economic crisis we are currently experiencing. Stocks, gold, silver, and virtual currencies are still attractive investments at the moment.

It is recommended to seek the assistance of a financial advisor or broker to diversify your investment portfolio through the inclusion of commodities, inflation-indexed bonds, and stocks of financially stable companies, rather than relying solely on growth stocks with uncertain future earnings.

Such market uncertainties are the reason I don’t base my market judgements and decisions on rumours and here-says, got the best of me 2020 and had me holding worthless position in the market, I had to revamp my entire portfolio through the aid of an advisor, before I started seeing any significant results happens in my portfolio, been using the same advisor and I’ve scaled up 950k within a year, whether a bullish or down market, both makes for good profit, it all depends on where you’re looking.
