When you purchase a Brake Booster, look at the specs. In the Specs look for "Brake Pedal Rod Extension Included" Yes or No. The ones that say Yes, will allow you to adjust the rod on the Brake Pedal side, so you can lift the pedal up, to the point that the brake Light Switch will close. My Local Autoparts stores don't have the extensions, but Summit Racing equipment does have Boosters with brake pedal extensions

Everyone thinks 9k is too long for an oil change doesn't take into account how good today's oil is. The filter is something you should change in-between that's what I do. Can't speak for a charger but my Durango has a 7 QT capacity plus a factory oil cooler. The only way to really know if you going too long between oil changes is to send a sample to a lab but just looking at my used oil it always looks like it can keep going unlike my S10 which is black at half the milage.

I'd take the old 1999 filter anyday. Metal end and core much more solid. Will hold up a lot better if the oil change is neglected also. Plus I'm sure it was not made by Champ, like the newer ones are

The problem is that you’re testing these cleaners in an ambient temperature. They’re designed to clean at engine temperature (around 200 degrees). It could change the outcome of which one cleans best.

The Fram has a larger rubber flapper gasket that prevents unfiltered oil from draining back into the engine when the motor is off. It has the bigger spring and bypass and even pleats, and from the break downs I’ve seen, it’s a much better filter than these here. And it’s like $12 dollars. I remember all the negative issues with Fram from years ago but their quality has improved here lately. I’ve never had any failure from a Fram and never had issues with abnormal wear in the engines I’ve used them on. Had a Honda Accord go 287,000 miles using Fram filters from the first oil change and that engine was still very strong when I sold it. Guy who bought it was the salesman at the dealership and he let his daughter use that car for college and when they finally sold it, it had over 450,000 miles on it. Still running great.

I'm trying to find a larger oil filter for a 2021 Ford EcoSport 2.0 AWD. An FL400S equivalent....I think. Maybe a Mobil 1. I can't find what I need. A bit leery about the Purolator Boss. Afraid it will go into bypass too easily running 5W-30 synthetic. I refuse to use 5W-20.

Regardless of what people say, I've never had an issue with a Fram oil filter of any price level. I have had issues with Wix. My friend's Oldsmobile 5.7 diesel (PH11 or PH25 filter) will lose oil pump prime with a Wix if it is sitting for more than a couple days. I think the design of the ADBV on that specific filter is faulty. With a Fram it never happens. My 79 Subaru (PH2 oil filter on a Ford Racing 90 degree adapter) will get noticeably lower oil pressure on startup with a Wix and never with a Fram. I also run Premium Guard/STP XL/Microgard Select on that car with no issues. Also had an issue with a Buick 430 losing prime with that Wix PH11 equivalent filter. I've also never seen torn media on a Fram, and I've never seen a problem with the fiber end caps, even at extreme oil pressures (100-120psi) where I've seen it multiple times with Wix filters. I would tend to go with a TG or XG Fram unless it's a very short oil change interval. And I avoid the lower tier Champion design Frams at Advance. The Titanium is OK, as long as you check inside the box that you can see the screened media through the center tube holes. Walmart is the best place to get them I find, and it's the only place I can find Mobil 1 15W50 so I get oil and filters there. I bought a PH2 there a couple days ago. 4 dollars and 56 cents is what it cost.

I’m impressed at the Super tech oil and the Mopar filter. That oil seems to be of very good quality. I’m an Amsoil guy and I usually turn my nose up at the household brands. I am taking notice. I am also impressed at the filtration of the Mopar oil filter. Most manufacturer brands would never trap all the sludge/carbon that this one removed from the oil. ( at over 9,000 miles there is bound to be a bit of it there) I’d say that she should maintain her oil change regimen, but I wouldn’t go too much further between oil changes. It would be interesting to have an oil analysis done on that Super Tech oil. Great video as always.

Looks like it held up well. As many other commenters are pointing out, it looks like a mann hummel made filter. But i am not so sure. They typically use a different bypass design, and a metal core with louvers rather than holes.

You could be right, but the only real difference is the holes instead of louvers. The Purolator Boss oil filters use this same type of bypass. Thanks👍

Pretty small filter for that big engine but it has done it's job. However, pretty clearly maxed or near-maxed in its capability. Of course there are better filters and better oils and blah, blah, blah but the main thing is the amount of crud visible at that mileage. If it was my engine, I'd change earlier....like several thousand miles earlier.
