Thank you for this video, i'm looking at painting my old ikea dressers to spruce them up a bit. I know this video is from 4 years ago now and you may not still have this piece but does it age well? do you find the pain chips at all if it's a dresser you're using every day? Anyone who has tried this if you have any additional tips it would be very appreciated.

Thank you for sharing. This was very helpful. Question. I want to apply polyurethane on my wood kitchen counter top. They look to be in good shape to only apply a couple of coats of Polyurethane. Do you recommend apply it without sanding it down ?

...ya don't "drill" screws into wood, you "DRIVE" them. and you "drill" holes... ...BWAHAHAHA...sad
@JayBSinging17 күн бұрын
Be warned: If you use mats or rugs over this, change their locations regularly. The top coat yellows over time, and the areas underneath the rugs will yellow slower than the rest of the floor. The yellowing also presents problems when you try to touch up chips after a while, because the touch-ups will look lighter. This probably won't be as obvious if using a dark base color.

Did you use a top coat after your one coat of paint?
@AngelaMarieMade20 күн бұрын
yes, only one coat was needed unless using a white color.

Beautiful new office. You need to calk all holes, cracks between walls and crown molding and the holes made for shelves. Sand and repaint. The holes and cracks are an eyesore.

Hello Angela. I wonder if you can tell me if you screwed the floating desk into the Pax wardrobe along with the wall and how it has held up? I am considering buying two Pax wardrobes and putting a floating desk between them, but wonder if they are sturdy enough to screw into. Thank you!
@AngelaMarieMade26 күн бұрын
Great question!! The pax wardrobes are made from a particle board like material but I found that they have held up great from a structural perspective and would say to go for it. As long as you are getting some screws into some studs on the back you should be fine.
