They make wrist guards for inline skating, etc. Maybe check into those for next time. They saved my hands many time before I quit with the roller blades due to knee issues!

Joseph Genna staccato studies are fantastic! Forced, focused practice on tonguing really has made a difference.

I hope your finger heals well. Loosing a finger permanentally might force you you start playing The trumpet.

Well that sure was something!😅😢😂😮 I am just dissapointed that I didn't see any other auxiliary clarinets, like the Contrabass or E-flat or Alto.

I love your videos! But you need a lapel mic, it's so hard to hear you clearly. Also the intermission music is like five times louder than your voice level...

Great peaces to use for testing ( Transscr Cello Suites?)..thanks for this video. I just started with a Yamaha student model, feels good, high register a bit challenging, I have to practise more to get used to it I guess.

I love how the bass clarinet is going through a renaissance. I picked up a Kessler low C about 4 years ago and I’ve been happy with it so far (though the thumb F is a mother to get in tune). Been thinking about “upgrading” for a couple of months and I’m so happy that there’s finally a variety of great products in the sub $5K range.

Would you consider doing a video on how you create the manuscript (ca. 3:50) showing how to trill? Discuss available software, how hard it is, how long it takes, and demonstrate a brief passage? (I realize the alt is to simply write it out, but you're more entertaining.)
