I understand why they boil meat until it's flavorless, or fry it well done. Not saying it's terrible to eat because they flavor it while cooking, but there's usually an underlying health reason for what we look to as cooking preferences of Filipinos. Could I live there with that lifestyle? Sure. No problem with the understanding that when in Rome, do as the Romans do.
