These items are listed so that the government cannot infringe upon. And the last phrase is the operative sentence. They are clear. This is a far left attempt to confuse you.

Even if a free society didn't lead to prosperity, libertarianism would still be the preferable system as it conduces to personal freedom from attack and allows people to keep what they own and earn. Other political systems use force (attack) to extract tax from people (theft/confiscation) and are thus immoral, even if they claim to help people - and even if they do help people. A social system founded on force and expropriation has no moral standing or ethical legitimacy. Yes, libertarians can point to how free countries tend to boom economically and lift the poor out of poverty, but the ethical argument should trump all others.

The grammar is fine. It's people trying to wrongly interpret it that pretend it's had. Most people understand it fine.

most know non violent felon's maintain this good given right to protect themselves. but when it doesn't affect them they let it slide. I see infringe the' infringe me. cutting the tail off an inch at a time, they have been and will continue to do so. Millions of god fearing patriots have already been unconstitutionally stripped of their rights. Eventually the odds will be in the tyrants favor and infringe all is the game plan. always has been, that's why we fought to make our Constitutional Republic called America. everyone knows that the ones who will harm other's isn't affected by laws. those laws are your tail and serve absolutely no one but the tyrant's who've sold us out. play war games with our children, poison our food, using our children to extorting us. you name it, the closer it gets in their favor the more brazen they will be. like complete states banning magazines, or banning the most trusted arm in our military. it's going to come faster and faster, and they know what their doing, it's straight out of the History books. except there isn't anyone to save us. most countries have already been disarmed, and we're very close to the tipping point ourselves

not to be infringed, what more is needed. it's the people who are said militia. Maine's State Constitution says "every citizen has a right to have and bear arms, and this right is not to be questioned" now that's even clearer, yet it's questioned daily

as an ex "Classical Liberal" (glad it was stated to differentiate from the modern liberal), I am a constitutional centrist. the rights are absolute, but non more so than the first two. without those the rest erodes away. the 1st and 2nd protect all other rights.

13:21 this is a misleading graph because it doesn't take into account that the economy has grown over the decades. A better measure would be: share of national income by percent of population, but that would show that more and more income is concentrated to less and less people over time, and this would contradict what he is trying to say of course 😂

Free trade advocates claim that free trade reduce the cost of goods by importing from places with cheaper labor costs, but it also puts downward pressure on wages as local workers are now competing against foreign workers. You might think that this balances out, but there is one thing that cannot under any circumstance be imported... land and real estate. This creates a situation like we are currently in where wages are to low for home ownership. Additionally - I am not so convinced that free trade always results in cheaper prices for the consumer. From my own anecdotal experience it seems that the prices on goods once moved abroad to be manufactured stay the same. Companies will continue to charge whatever the consumer is willing to pay for their product regardless of the underlying cost to produce that product. My own company I work for has a plant in MX, and a plant in US. Both charge about the same amount for the same products, but MX workers are paid 1/3rd the amount of our U.S. employees. Why then is that not reflected in the prices of our products?
