I say the same thing- love olive oil; won't touch an olive. I do love cilantro (coriander) though.

You should lift it first then do the top work from the base of the cake up to the top to stop any marzipan coming away from the top

Don’t use yellow marzipan use white instead it tastes better

You don’t need to leave marzipan for two days to harden if you use white marzipan after putting on the marzipan either brush it with cooled boiled water or vodka and wait till it dries about 30 minutes then ice
