Καλημέρα! Ωραία συνταγή περισσότερο για να φτιαχνουμε τοστ. Θα μπορούσατε να μετρήσετε σε κουτάλια την μαγιά ζάχαρη αλάτι? 😊Δεν έχω ζυγαριά και μου είναι δύσκολο...και τα πίτουρα που μένουν από το κοσκινισμενο αλεύρι εγώ δεν θέλω να τα βάλω μέσα μετά...να προσθέσω λίγο αλεύρι η είμαστε οκ ? Σας ευχαριστώ να είστε καλά!

Hi Stavros , I think measurements of the ingredients would help us please! A bowl of flour and a cup of this and that isn’t accurate. Or is this the norm for Cypriot bakery? Can you advise please
