So sorry.... Stephen! The bread was not meant to encourage you to drink more than usual and become legless and intoxicated, falling asleep all hours of the day or temp you in anyway to consume too much bread and get fat... in fact my -WHOLEMEAL - bread is not just delicious which you have acknowledge, it also contains a lot of natural "VITAMINS" gives you energy and reducers -TIREDNESS and FATIGUE - but from what I understand in your above letter it had the opposite effect you!!! I'm just wondering now if all my "COOKING" has the same effect on all individuals who indulge in an orgy of overeating and getting themselves into a stupor. But I have to admit that I do appreciate your offer of ONE OR TWO GENEROUS GLASSES OF WINE... the best thing that happened in a long time. It has boosted my energy and never felt better!!!! Some people require that kind of confirmation as one does for a traffic light to turn green in a school playground ..... "That of course is satiric humor" but it is amazing how many people would say "That is absolute nonsense ..... There aren't any traffic lights in school playgrounds ..... Are you crazy or stupid?" ...... Humor being fictitious and satirical is very similar to telling lies as obviously I was not born to drink ..... I was born to eat and then to soil my diapers ...... "That is another joke" ..... The safety net behind self depreciating humor is that it emphasizes that the joke is on me ..... If I were to say to a young woman "I find you to be 2 faced but I love the face that you are now wearing?" she would then question my motives and most likely be insulted unless she understood it to be humor ...... On the other hand, if I were to say to her "I find myself to be 2 faced ..... Do you like the one that I am now wearing?" and if she did not understand the joke, she would probably most likely reply "Oh, I don't see you as 2 faced at all .... I hope that I did not insult you in some way that led you to say this." ...... or she would get the joke and laugh.

Am so pleased and thank God you have recovered but I feel for you. The pain and stress not knowing if we are going to survive. I hear of so many deaths daily, and the worry for all friends and family is enormous if they are safe. How very sad of your husband still suffering the after effects. I blame the Chinese.... The coronavirus started their, how I do not know. It's been said that they eat the most revolting animals bats, snakes, rats, even cats and dogs. They new about it back in December 2019, but they did not alert or warn the rest of the world that there was a problem and how contagious it is. We do not go out and if we do we are so scared. and avoid touching anything. Lets Pray to God dear Svetlana, that by the end of the year all is over and just a horrible nightmare. I would not count on it to happen very soon. I wish you all a quick recovery and you husband who is still suffering. Take care were your mask and you go out!!!

@@stavrosantoniou2080 Παρακαλώ φίλε Σταύρο, να είσαι καλά! Έχω πολλά χρόνια που κάνω δικό μου ψωμί, για να μπορώ να ελέγχω τα υλικά που καταναλώνω. Βάζω ελάχιστο αλάτι, ελάχιστη ζάχαρη, νεράκι, αλεύρι 100% ολικής, μια κουταλιά λάδι και ένα κουταλάκι του γλυκού μαγιά ξερή. Δεν φουσκώνει πάρα πολύ γιατί η μαγιά και η ζάχαρη είναι λίγη, γίνεται λίγο πυκνό και βαρύ, όπως ακριβώς το παλιό ψωμί με το προζύμι, αλλά είναι υγειινό και πολύ νόστιμο. Αν για κάποιο λόγο δεν μπορέσω να κάνω κάποια μέρα και αναγκαστώ να πάρω από φούρνο, δεν τους αρέσει καθόλου στην οικογένεια χαχαχα! Καλημέρα και καλό Σ/Κ εύχομαι!
