Hi. Not what I am looking for in a corned beef hash, or tatty hash as my mum used to call it. This is more like a tatty hash kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z4LRdoaZbp17qpI but thanks for your effort.

Food processors are big and bulky, but they are wonderful time savers. For those of us who aren't pros with cutting knives or suffer from arthritis, a processor is worth every penny. My stock pot is 30 quarts. Ain't no way am I chopping that amount of vegetables.

Brilliant video - thanks. How do you use it to make pizza or bread dough? The pulse seems to be a slower spin than the ordinary ON version

Thanks for posting your recipe Nicola. Can't believe in my 55 years I'd never tried making a corned beef hash, even though I love eating it! Your recipe was my first attempt at it and I've since made it loads, love it!

Love this but I saw a previous post that also included baking powder. Is that the difference between self-raising and standard plain flour?

It’s much quicker to peal the garlic by putting the separated individual cloves in a metal mixing bowl, then take a second metal bowl of about the same size turning it over and aligning it over the first, now grasp the edges and shake like hell! Amazingly after a good shake most of the bulbs will be pealed for you! Seriously, this really works! 🎉.
