Hi Nicola; will try this soon, seems delicious. But a few twists; firstly, I'll fry the chunks of corned beef to get a crispy crust before adding to the beans and onion mix, and I'll also add some more grated cheese to the mash mix. And don't listen to old sourpuss Violet; she's lying about the dog; they'll all bite your hand off for a portion of this !!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay Safe.
