Dust eggplant with cornstarch first or else your filling will fall off.

Almost too crunchy. That should be a delicate crunch, not a hard shell crunch

Will this work if you don't dredge them in the flour? Thanks for sharing your experience!

2 cups of flour would NOT be low carb, not even close. That is like 200 grams of carbs just for the flour

You're barely.getting any carbs if they are dusted with it. Arrowroot powder may work better. Still has carbs but a little goes a long way and won't mess up your macros.
@PursuingHeaven5 ай бұрын
@@EmmeFen 2 cups of flour is not dusting, that is flat out breading and its like 200 carbs and that is before the radish which also has carbs. Arrowroot would not crisp.

Okay, here are my dumb questions: When using fresh garlic for this recipe, do I only need to purchase one single garlic clove? How do I know if it'll be enough? Second, if I don't have fresh garlic clove on hand can I use minced garlic in a jar from the grocery? If yes, what is the equivalent amount? Thank you! Really appreciate your video! Well done!
@tastyrefuge90492 жыл бұрын
Thanks for asking! ^_^ If you are using fresh garlic, you can purchase ahead of garlic. I use about 3-4 cloves normally. If you could not get fresh garlic you can also use chopped/minced garlic as well. I would test it out with half a teaspoon & gradually add more if necessary. I hope this helps. Really appreciate your kind support!
