This is my Asian little spin on Arancini di Riso aka Italian fried stuffed rice balls. I made them using leftover sushi rice from dinner last night. These little golden rice balls are actually everyone's favorite, especially with the kids. It can be a great snack, a perfect appetizer, or even an entree. You also pan-frying or bake too. I’ve made them both ways and they were delicious every time, so it’s really up to you. But, when you are not counting calories, deep frying is the best tasting & most satisfying of them all. 👍😀🍙

I made some larger fried rice balls with Tuna mayo inside and fried in breadcrumbs. I will try these but using real crab. Looks delicious

Could you list the brands and names of the pots and pans you use? I love the look of your pan and really want one. I also don’t know what kind of pan you’re frying them in.

How do you show a video and you don’t even tell us what condiments you’re putting in or what dips those are?????

Almost too crunchy. That should be a delicate crunch, not a hard shell crunch

It would help if you tell your audience how much rice you kooked, how long you kooked it, what type of rice. What did you add to the rice? ?????,
