First I made the cap which is the same first few rows of the head but in the back loops only. Then in the front loop I made the spikes decreasing in size going towards the centre

I haven't even finished this video and I already love it. You are the only tutorial for this type of blanket that uses a magic circle to start! Everyone else is doing the bulky chains and not even suggesting a magic circle! I also like that you talk fast and get right to the point. You're amazing! I'm also going to be a first time aunt and wanted to make a blanket like this for my new niece! Thank you so much!
