I use 93 from ExxonMobil for my rt with Diablo sport tune and Flowmaster 40 series delta exhaust with a aftermarket red eye hood and intake. I've tried all the top tier gas and EXXON gives me exactly what I need;POWER AND PERFORMANCE.

I know this video is old, but this is to clear up some things. The "base" audio system is not the same as the Alpine options. There are two. A 6 speaker Alpine upgrade and a 9 speaker Alpine upgrade. Both of those options will have the Alpine badge on the door speakers. The highest option is the 18 speaker Harmon Kardon system, which will have a Harmon Kardon badge. If your door speakers have no badge at all, you don't have the Alpine system. The Alpine "upgrades" are bare minimum quality at best. They don't sound bad, but they don't sound great either. The Harmon Kardon sounds pretty good and will probably be enough for most people who like music, but any aftermarket speakers will still sound better than the factory Harmon Kardon system. The "base" sound system is comically bad.

Great topic Grim, you can definitely hear the difference in Sport Mode. Active Exhaust Delete is the best way to go, you can get them on line for 60 - 70 bucks. Track Mode on my Chally Scat is pretty loud, I can image with an Outlaw Catback and a Delete...lol.

If I get a R/T, Imma go for a RT Plus. Otherwise, I can do a aftermarket setup, with a subwoofer box in the trunk. Need that bass, but for the upgraded trims, I feel like the sound is aight, dependin on the music you listen to.

The easiest way to improve fuel mileage like you said is not to have heavy foot but ALSO to drive your vehicle with the fuel monitoring gauge/ I drive a 5.7 1500 and get over 20mpg/ there’s no reason a 2 seater muscle car should not get at least 20mpg

ABS light on due to module being faulty.. cant get replacement ABS module for year and a half!!! so really glad we can disable ABS.. we dont race it.. and we put it up for the winter.. so kind of a pointless feature for us..

Done full body alignment, re spray pitch black, new chrome badges, custom red leather seats, mid muffler delete, Quad tips, 275’s on stock rims. It looks awesome. Now I’m looking at that V8… it’s only done 50k miles. Thanks for the vid, it’s great and I appreciate your logical analysis. I’m looking at CAM, Cold Intake, Short Header keep CATS, Diablo Tune and then I will realize I need the Exh system 😂 I bought the RT as I never want en electric car or any of the over complex new ICE cars. With the Challenger you can still buy all the new spares online and great KZbinrs like you who can put so much info online to support and convince guys like me to just do it. Thank Bro 👍
