Where have I been? A lot of you have been concerned and I've decided to tell my side of the story in this storytime video. The past 18 months have been a roller coaster and dealing with my mental health has been a struggle. Most people are afraid to admit their struggles but I'm here to tell you you're not alone. Depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, Bipolar disorder, etc are all real. Today I open up and share what's been going on.

Sometimes we hit roadblocks and need to take a break just to recharge. We can carry trauma over from childhood. Therapy can help with learning different tools to manage trauma, stress, and anxiety can go a long way. I lost my Dad back in October of last year and I'm still dealing with it. Glad to see you back. Keep ya head up we still here to support the channel.

I can’t imagine how you’ve been feeling bro. This shit is rough. I’ve had my fair share of mental health issues this year, a lot of it lead to depressed eating. I literally just found my purpose again about three weeks ago. It sucked, but some things as a man you just gotta get it done, no matter what’s going on around you. My warehouse team knew I’ve been off for awhile. But now I gotta keep moving on and do what’s best for me. Same for you bro. I’m very happy to see you back on the channel. You got my number bro. That’s crazy we have the same experiences. I was eating myself into health issues and got up to 220. Went in for a physical and was pretty much borderline diabetic. I’m slowly getting myself back in order and I’m definitely glad to hear you’re back on track bro. I can always tell when my folks are going through something as they’re usually not as visible as they were before. Let’s keep up with our progression and make 2023 a year of fulfillment! Ah I could tell you stories after my last divorce I went thru therapy. Shortly after I said F it and picked up my 2021 Challenger R/T. We all go thru ups and downs.

Welcome to crypto bro its a wild ride, I watched 100 bands drop in 2018 because I didn't trust my intuition. I've learned the market since though. BTC follows a pattern like this, every 4 years there is a halvening that reduces the amount mined by 50%. And when the halvening hits the price of BTC shoots up not long afterwards. One thing about the market is people need to remember what goes up must always come down. When crypto reverses it tends to drop 80-90%. I watch until that percentage of drop hits and buy in again and wait. If you want some of my advice or want to check out some of my charts I can help you out for real bro.
