Sunshine vitamin or steroid hormone was the most powerful medicine on earth given by our CREATOR. Sun Exposure The best way to get vitamin D3 is through sun exposure. Go outside and get some sun, especially in the mid-day when it’s the strongest. However, many of us use sun block, which is good for our skin but not so helpful when it comes to the production of vitamin D3. By blocking out the UVA and UVB rays, sun block can interfere the skin’s ability to synthesize vitamin D3. GOD BLESS.

It’s not the amount of "D" supplementation we take that’s important, it’s the amount in our blood that is. A simple blood test will tell us. An ancestral level will be at about 150 nmol/l or 60 ng/ml. An ancestral level is if we lived on the equator and lived in the Sunshine all day long every day this would be the amount in our blood. This took evolution some, what, 3 billion years to create. How do we know it works? It’s simple, we are here. All life on this planet is dependent on the Sun. These are two of the best explanations. @ThumperOne Without refrigerators, cars and food on every street corner many scientists will tell you that early man woke up and spent most of the day hunting and gathering and feasted before dark. This happened for millions of years. Human DNA hasn't changed in 50,000 years and it's this new style of eating in the last hundreds of years that we now have chronic diseases, cancers and diabetes. Our DNA hasn't caught up.

they eat very rare red meat full of protein in the early days so I believe that they only eat once a day or once every other day. Today we eat less protein and eat 3 to 5 times a day and a big percentage of that food are junks, no protein at all. Amino Acids rules!!!

Thank you so much. I had the CCSVI procedure, but now I use a non invasive medical device for blood flow that is specifically designed to bring oxygen and nutrients to the cells and remove metabolic waste. The tool for our problem is here. It targets the capillary bed and helps the white blood cells adhere, which improves immunity. Would love to share with anyone who wants a real tool for this problem.

MS/Lyme dis-ease is slowly leaving my body. I drink distilled water and eat lots of vegetables and sour fruits. Low carbs and high proteins for me is working wonders. I also started drinking Apple Cider Vinegar and baking soda every morning and night on a empty stomach, WOW. I workout vigorously every day. Everyone heals differently so I had to experiment for the last 5 months. Don't listen to just anyone, do your own research.

People aren't rats and vice versa. Rats have no problem metabolizing thalidimide, but it causes birth defects in humans. D3 is poison to rats but not to humans.

There are several things for treating multiple sclerosis naturally Ensure you consume plenty of fruit and vegetables (preferably organic). Make sure you have enough vitamin C Get a bit of exercise eg walking, yoga etc Use herbs with infection fighting properties such as dandelion root and burdock and others including huang qi (I learned these and the reasons they work from Denelle Multi Care site )

@gaiasun

It is my impression that the answer is no. No deliberate sugar (overt) found in cakes, candy, sweetening of coffee, etc. And I would say that also goes for chemical sweetners (equal, etc) due to the toxins. Perhaps stevia? Try researching stevia and look at the glycemic index.
