Hiiiiii Erica!!!!!! Warm the bottles of honey with the crystallized sugar in the microwave for a few seconds, then repeat until the crystallized sugar is dissolved. Otherwise, you could scoop out all of the contents in the bottles of honey and heat in a saucepan on low-medium, stirring constantly, until the sugar crystals are dissolved. Also, you have such cute, fun, and adorable kids! They hit the jackpot for parents, and you and your husband hit the jackpot for kids! You have a big, wonderful family!!!!!! Erica, do NOT purchase bleached flour. Bleach is poisonous! They put bleach in flour to whiten it. But, it is poisonous to our systems! Coconut water is simply water and shredded coconut placed in a blender. Sometimes, they add vitamins. Just take a mutivitamin instead. Sometimes, they add electrolytes. Just drink a generic version of Pedialyte instead. If you like the convenience of purchasing coconut water, then I will keep my mouth shut henceforth. I am simply trying to be helpful.
