Thanks for the comment! Isn’t that the truth! I found this to be an interesting experiment. - but what I’m learning every day is the better you prompt it the better the results are. - though I also see a ton of downside to everybody having scripts written for them.

Excellent analysis 💜 Sir i have heard that Co-workers are not your friends so how to build relationships at work to succeed faster than normal as it is said that network is networth ? Could you explain what one should be doing strategically in order to increase value & influence without being trapped in taking unwise steps or staying around losers.. People or experts on this issue have different and contradicting view points some say coworkers are not your friends, some say they can be friends..its confusing so last stop is i believe in your opinion about complex subjects...

As a struggling "older millennial" what am I supposed to do about it? Opportunities are slim and the return even less so... And all this was sold out from under us by the previous generations...
@chrissulimay6 ай бұрын
Opportunities are always available. I think as an older millennial, you are in the prime of your life. Your earning power will increase from here. Make a plan, set a 3 to 5 year goal. The key is not to ignore. Your potential. But it’s gonna take some work and commitment for sure.

@foddy20306 ай бұрын
@chrissulimay all races? We're only talking about one race--the human race. Though, are you saying outliers don't exist, and the vast majority of the global wealth isn't held by one skin color as a result of historical slavery, colonization, and theft of all resources?

That's exactly what this administration wants to happen. Mom and Pop businesses are becoming obsolete due to the Biden administrations liberal policies. Americans better wake up and stop supporting the Democratic party before they actually succeed at destroying our country as we know it.

That's the natural way of capitalism: everything gets aggregated. From homes to businesses to your opinion.
@chrissulimay6 ай бұрын
Possibly. But in all reality. Capitalism has done an incredible amount for our standard of living as a whole.. When a community is owned to a higher percentage by locals it raises pride in that community and encourages local commerce/prosperity. When you look at an area where the businesses are, mostly large chains, you see less pride of work far lower pay and less “community” as a whole.. (at least that’s been my experience)

I'm 41 owning a home is still just a dream, and I'll make 135k this year.
@chrissulimay6 ай бұрын
I owned multiple homes in my life. This market is simply the most overpriced I have ever seen, and unless I’m delusional I can’t see it getting any easier for first time homebuyers or household incomes under $150,000.
@foddy20306 ай бұрын
How much of that 135k goes to taxes, food, shelter, and how much is left for savings? What's your overall savings to date? My salary has never been higher than about 80k, but I managed to accumulate about 400k in investments, after about 6 years of working. Granted, about 100k of that was capital gains from investing.

It's not the fault of Gen Z thst older generation fuct it up for them. Most Millennials don't have houses. Most Gen Z kids already have zero hope.
@chrissulimay6 ай бұрын
Nobody is blaming Gen Z.. I’m really talking here about corporate buying of single family homes as well as larger conglomerates putting small businesses out of business at scale and underpaying their workers.. All of this has caused the current position we are in. - It is not really a generational divide it’s the work of a very small minority of powerful people.
