Nice review, I subscribed and will watch more of your videos. I read this book shortly after the 4 hour body was released. The practical advice and examples mostly went over my head at the time but the overall strategy helped me figure out my career path eventually. I should read it again.

Thank you Alex. I appreciate the thoughtful feedback.. Same here with all of Tim‘s books so far. He’s a pretty intellectual dude and seems to re-search everything he writes about. As well as self test. I’ve also listen to 4 hour body about three times now and I’m going to try the slow carb diet for one month and do a video about it. Admittedly, not all of his contact lands with me, but I can tell it’s been heavily re-searched.
