Im playing crows and eagles , pool of shadows as you mentioned allows the eagle patron use effectively 2p=1draw , the drawback being you cant use treasury. However with eagle patron i delete all except 5 or 6 coins anyway

It is still about rng like it is in your nro 2 example, you could have also have that bad luck and get 2gold card from your hand and it would have ruined the buing attempt next turn. In example nro1 you need to have such a card in tavern and be able to buy it so it is very situational. In example 3 you need to have those specific cards to be able to maybe get that card you just bought on play during same turn. This stupid card game is so much about rng that you can not actively counter it. You can only do combos and tactics if the rng favors you. As I have said from the beginning of Tot, It would be just the same to flip a coin to decide who wins and I would honestly have rather that coinflip to save time. Tot is very simple game and there really is nothing to learn after you get the basic idea of it. After that it is about rng and only rng. People who tell you otherwise are just complete retards.

Can you do a video on how to unlock upgrades besides getting clues please 🙏🏾
@PinkAppleYT
@PinkAppleYT 11 ай бұрын
Hey! I am a bit confused as to what you are referring to as almost all the upgrades are clue based. Besides the clue-based upgrades, there is achievements for each deck around using their patron power 10 times in match-made games versus other players, and that will upgrade 1 card for each deck. Any questions let me know and I will be sure to clarify :)

Do a video on how deck cycling can also be used in conjunction with Ansei and Amalexia decks. Its quite stupid how you can run the same 2 overpowered hands turn after turn after turn. I dont have Necrom but when a player chooses the Amalexia deck I punish them with it so hard. If you use the amalexia vendor at turn 2 you basically ruin your opponents momentum to build anything up. Then yu just keep stealing or chucking any cards they buy. Beat a guy Turn 5 where I had 30 prestige and he had 3

Hey pink, great stuff as usual, but feel like you skipped the Patron power, which is kind of fun, because you can consistently shunt good cards from an opponents next draw, effectively negating any card you wish for at least one turn. It's also generally speaking, quite an easy condition to meet, 1 gold or discard or both, not really much of a loss on many turns, especially with good economy. That also makes Mother's Mercy even more valuable because you can negate that disadvantage with it in your hand. It also sets up the Hunding refresh cards to be of slightly better value, especialy the 2 refresh agent. Also would like to add that I generally do not like Almalexia paired with Red Eagle, the first and only deck realistically to actually not work all that well with Red Eagle, or at least you're discouraged from getting more aggressive with your card deletion, which is kind of the point in most red eagle games.
@PinkAppleYT
@PinkAppleYT Жыл бұрын
The patron power will actually be getting an entire video! Is a lot of complexity to it. And yes I do agree there is definitely some counter-synergy with deleting all of your donate options with red eagle. It may still be a powerful combo, but it definitely has some awkward moments and I think will take quite a while for the playerbase to find the perfect balance of deletion. Thanks for the feedback!

Really great overview and strat presentation PinkApple. I play Almalexia a lot, and you are dead on with you assessment. I see a lot of less seasoned players picking up those contract agents early, because it seems powerful. I don't look to pick those up without having one other Alma agent available, and looking at the timing of the opponent's cool down (so...picking it up and playing it after they play power cards and I have the ability to take them out of the game). If you are on the other side of the table on this (someone using it against you so that all your cards are trapped) then using Crow patron to jailbreak the cards should be done earlier rather than later if you have that option. See you on the leaderboards!
@PinkAppleYT
@PinkAppleYT Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the kind words! And I totally agree with using the crow patron power if things are looking dire early on, similarly to how I would recommend doing that against Clan Witch and Elder Witch should you have no other agent removal options.
@prajwalvishwanath4072
@prajwalvishwanath4072 Жыл бұрын
I agree, I think I've seen the early crow strategy for power generation and agent breaking used more often recently... If the other player takes your cue and starts turning it back, you can actually play an Orgnum-like push and pull with just crows, had a game like that last week.

@@PinkAppleYT Ahh nice, congratulations. I just got access to high isle since it's now part of ESO+. so just starting out my tour. Just level 3 with ebony rank so far. Only the starter decks. Maybe about 15% winrate in ranked so far. Playing hlaalu+ crow or Hlaalu+Pelin so far. (Pelin mainly for the buy>Sacrifice atm. ) although Druids, Maomer and the dark deck (orgrum or whatever he's called) seem interesting as well. so possibly for the long run. As before in your other overviews of various decks such as , I think you overemphasize gold generation at the expense of raw power. In particular, I think you grossly underestimate Firesong Haruspex, which specifically encourages agent spam that can be impossible for your opponent to deal with. One of the most crushing effects of the druid deck overall is getting huge numbers of druid agents -- any druid agents -- that your opponent will have difficulty dealing with throughout the game in order to get some chimeras. In most games, if you take Rajhin deck, you can defend against druid king by using curses to break your opponent's combos, but if your opponent gets a lot of druid cards early on, you will have to take bad druid cards to interfere with their combos. And the card that I most dislike seeing my opponent take is the haruspex. I think druid king is a fine deck, but I don't pick it.

The blue is fine but I just don't like it. I run with crow and gold, been times I've got 40+ prestige in one turn at turn 6. This one is more trouble then its worth, 9 times outta 10 but there is satisfaction when you can use its mind-bending tactics to pwn the draws.
