Thanks for throwing in that extra bit about "maintenance mode". There are other things we inevitably have to put some time towards, and this helps me conceptualize how to still do them while only setting one specific goal for GROWTH.

This is a great strategy. Pick one thing that you believe will give the most leverage, and keep the other important things on maintenance.
