Great craftsmanship and beautiful looking..really enjoy your different style and there is something about ebony I just love.. hard to believe it comes like that from a tree..I was wondering if you might know of anyone that may have built an entire body out of it??? Well hope you have a great day…

@@drew64rush82 thank you! I've never seen full ebody body... That would probably be too heavy + difficult to work with because of how hard it is. Also to obtain such a one piece chunk of ebony to make a whole body of it would be expensive..😁

Gorgeous!!! Love that flame maple neck thru. Tip for the back plates: Amazon sells refrigerator magnets that work really good in place of screws. Total amateur here and I’m just finishing my second body and I used magenta for both guitars. The magnets are easy to install and they look so cool! Love the snap it makes when the magnets pulls the lid closed.

How long does it take you to create a guitar? I’d like to buy one, but I’ve been burned before, you put a big down payment then it takes so much longer than quoted and prices go up, or the go out of business….this guitar is fantastic. Also can you create a bass guitar?
@FlameInstrumentsАй бұрын
@@edhauser6052 I do it as a part time job, which I do in my free time. Sofar. I am doing all I can to make this my full-time main thing. Right now it takes me around 2 months to make a guitar (or a bass, the process is very similar). The thing is, so many people are asking me about custom builds, I have to delay their projects or even decline, because of the time and the current job I hate but have to do just yet... I never ask for money in advance, that would be stressful for both me and the customer. I buy all the hardware, electronics and materials and then sell it for approximately 2,5x.
