The SnapOn Epiq SideKIQ roll cart has suspension on the wheels and a stainless top. You can find them used for pretty reasonable prices and they’re made out of solid steel with tons of room. They can handle being lifted up with a forklift. That would be a more long term solution than this Milwaukee setup.

I like how you’re stacking wrenches. I’m going to try and 3D print some vertical holder to get all my wrenches neatly organized in my toolbox. Thanks for the video 😊

I'm a air compressor tech and I use the pack out as well. It's the closet thing to a rolling toolbox we can get for mobile mechanics.

When I worked at crown from 2018-2023 we always used 2 techs. One to lift and one to catch. Took 1 reach, 1 sit down counter balance and 1 double length PE4500. But we didn’t have that thing for the forks you are using. We would remove forks on reach truck and chain the swivel to it using a strap if it was a T mast. Or bolt the bracket for mono mast to the mast and attach chain to the bracket. Always unstrapped pallet first. Your way was quicker and more efficient with that battery bar looking thing on the forks👍🏻

Awful safety planning. It came out right this time, but it won't always be like that! Put safety first! Use a crane.

@@mr_trd21district43 yep I’m sure about that, I order them for my company. Crown brings in a flatbed with the lift (cherry picker or reach) laid flat on the back on a big ass pallet. The day before they’ll bring in a skateboard and a sit down. They unload it off the truck with the skateboard, haul it to their setup area in our warehouse. Then they tip it up with the sit down counterbalance and PM the life for us.

@@mr_trd21district43 forgot to ask… how do they get yours in your warehouse? Do you have doors big enough they can drive in a reach with a mast that tall and damage the new tires driving it in? Even if that’s the case they still have to tip it up the same way out side…..

@@kottyking what do you mean?….so it gets put on the truck by driving it and ive got a big transport company and got massive doors so put the roller door all the way up and then drive it down the ramp and into the warehouse and no it doesnt damage the wheels , i get all my counter balance forklift delivered same way, you all sound like you been living under a rock

I'm curious, why use the 4 wheel dolly instead of the 2 wheel utility cart?
@HASHTAG_SEDORY
@HASHTAG_SEDORY 11 ай бұрын
2 wheels would make it heavier to move around. Also, the wheels on the cart are inboard making it less stable and I read some poor reviews on it as well.

Just bought 3 of those multi position ratchets. 1 3/8, 1 compact 3/8, 1 1/4. Definitely best ratchets out there. I paid a little over $350 for all 3 of them new. I do buy from my local snap on guy. But also online snap on is lots cheaper if you know where to look.

NOT TRUE!!! OK, maybe a little… but at least a Crown lift has a lot more metal covers on it than say a Raymond. If an operator manages to bonk a Ray Cherry picker hard enough in the front through the plastic cover, well there goes the drive and steer motors…

Been doing it for about 12&1/2 years. Just like any job it has its downsides, but I believe I get paid well and it’s a good steady career to be in. There’s always work and you’re semi-independent being out in the field working out of your own van, which I take home every day. If you’re mechanically inclined, I’d get some experience or some affordable training then get into the job.
