He talks about swapping a diagonal cutter with a tight hinge. Rather than just knocking it on apiece of wood sideways until it loosens a bit. And lubing it.

Very cool! I added two 1/8" aluminum dividers to each of the top 2 drawers in my 3 drawer. Big stuff in the bottom. I like your upright storage socket top box! Haven't seen that one before, very cool. I paid up and got the Milwaukee one and like it but it's a fairly rigid setup as far as customization. I keep my allen/torx sockets and some other extensions and ratchets in the 3 drawer.

Exactly what I was looking for! Fixing to load-out the cart I just put together. I'm doing something similar, different use case, wanted a rolling service cart to work on my truck and my car in the garage or driveway and want to have a flat work surface right beside me while I'm working - needed to see how someone that uses theirs on a daily basis has loaded theirs out for actual WORK. Got two of the Pack-out 2/3 drawer boxes I bought a year or so ago when they were on sale because I knew I would use them eventually for something! Made my own 4-wheel Dolley with a Base Plate (on sale for $30) and some 2x4's with some larger casters I had from an old Toolbox to make it easier to get over cracks and gravel. Sanded and painted it with 'toolbox red' spray paint and it matches damn-near perfect. For the top I got a set of the "ABN Flexible Tool Tray" silicone tool organizers from Amazon and the 3-piece set fits on top perfectly...and is even RED. 😎

Great video, very well spoken and i appreciate that. Nice set up as well. And i can attest to the quality of the older satin nickel USA made craftsman adjustable wrenches. They are the only tool i use with my Brass air Gas fittings. They get snug and wont back off, while everything else will slip. And i mean everything! Also Snap on has the best snap ring pliers I've found.

Genuinely one of the best setups I have seen. Everything in it's place and able to carry most of what you need. Two comments to add. When you go to replace the waterpump pliers, look at Knipex Cobra. Coworker turned me on to them. Don't want to be without. Other thing, I think the original ViseGrips were made by DeWitt. Got most every model and wouldn't trade them.

Check out the LN47ACF talon grip piers, they are incredibly useful! Nice set up ! Regarding tight pliers, as an electrician I have a lot of Klein and they come tight like that Icon, believe it or not the best trick I learned was to stick them in oil soaked sand and work them a few times and it loosens them right up. We usually had a sand box under our pipe threaders so finding oil soaked sad usually wasn’t an issue. Lol

I like it! Any issues with the rolling base on different types of concrete (parking lots, old cracked...) Fun fact.... the tekton 3/8 drive sae and metric sockets sets on their plastic rails setup fit in that top box like they were made for it. Found this out while packing up my toolbox to move to new job a couple days ago.

The roller base has been pretty good so far. I need to be careful pushing it over larger expansion joints over concrete because the wheels are smaller but other than that it still runs fairly smooth.

Love your setup, I just ordered the 3 drawer pack out so I'm super stoked about that. Also, I was wondering if you have any advice for someone who is about to start working as a forklift technician. Sounded like what I'm going into is similar to what you are doing. I'll be given my own van to take with tools on board, along with paid training but like I said, for someone who is just about to dip his feet into the trades for the first time, any advice?

Never be afraid to ask questions, it’s one of the many ways you learn and on the other side of the same coin, don’t ever act like you know so much, because you’ll learn rather quickly you don’t. Be willing to be the guy who will do the job some other guy won’t, that’ll grow you in your craft. On the tool side of things, save your money, and do your best to pay cash for tools, they’re expensive enough, you don’t need to pay interest on top of them. I hope that helps!
