Мати голову на плечах. We have the exact same idiom with the exact same words in French! "Avoir la tête sur les épaules". I wonder if it is a very old idiom that traversed time with staing the same with the evolution of the languages.

19:41 we have an idiom similar to this in Arabic particularly in the spoken dialect that's native to both Israel and Palestine The exact same meaning but in a different language since in what's being taught here in this video are on Ukrainian idioms that are commonly used in Ukrainian spoken in Ukraine and its people whether they live there or abroad
