I'm in the US and the garden season was a bust with very little rain. The honey bees were also suffering from starvation, planning to rebuild their colonies in early spring. Some years are just bad, working on finishing compost before spring.

I love growing garlic! Most things we eat seem to start off with sautéed onion and loads of garlic! We just had baked beans on toast for dinner last night but if you start with onions and garlic it becomes quite wonderful! I can see you have a good method there! Klaus

I use it immediately by adding water to it. The salt does plants good. I dilute it first.
