This building is at one of the noisiest intersections of the Upper West Side and also on the uptown route of every fire and ambulance dispatched from the west 66th street station. It also has zoning violations against it for over building. Not many lights on either.

Regarding those "YOUR OWN AMENITIES"... stop calling it "YOUR OWN" amenities since those amenities are shared with the other residents of the building. They would actually be your own amenities if they were all located on your own floor which can only be accessed by you.
