Especially recent Monaco view home, that's what you call excellent finish. Home looks awful compared to other stuff Ryan shows. Zillow shows way better homes for 10s of millions in Hamptons on sea front. The builder here gives off bad scammer energy, I don't think Ryan was comfortable listing this for 125m on KZbin and he doesn't appear to have good rapport with the other guy. Something's amiss here. The finish isn't that great, the square footage of land isn't worth it either. Clearly this builder's got in financial difficulty or can't sell this.
