The DJI was drifting all over the place on panning, was loosing altitude, didn’t stop any better than the Atom and you didn’t show the DJI return to home accuracy. The Atom was clearly the winner so I can only assume you’re either biased or you’re financially compensated by DJI.

Seeing how most of the Senate and most of DC elite altogether is in the pocket of the communist Chinese what else did you expect them to do ? And if you "THINK" this is a win for anyone you are very gullible . Because what comes next and what they have planned for the hobby and drones in general is about to destroy your dreams. And let me remind you that it was and is DJI that started the entire RID/Regulation, rule over reach to start with . The very Government you "think" just gave you something was/is the same Government who grounded their own drone fleet due to the tracking. data collecting and sharing they now have imposed on YOU and the rest of the RC Aviation Hobby. And when Network ID comes online in the near future , NO ONE will be exempt. Not camera drone folks, not CBO/club FRIA folks and not sub 250 gram folks...Nope everyone will be forced to PAY to fly and have surveillance on them 24/7 over the networks that various entities run and most all Government agencies participate in . I bet you never knew that DHS was/is a USS provider for LAANC authorization as they monitor every aspect of the USS program along with the likes of the FBI, CIA, DOJ and the DoD and even the IRS and other proxies that participated in the Network ID program we all are about to be confronted with . It would have been better if DJI got banned and the other businesses that it affected also banned together and allowed them and the community to sue and address this in the courts where most of these over regulations and rules would have been thrown out and the FAA/Congress forced to change schemes they have imposed because the CDA has bought the airspace and is trying to remove everyone else in it . BUT you people are mindless and refuse to wise up to reality. DJI is NOT your friend nor is the CDA companies that make that organization up . This only will bring far WORSE consequences then a simple ban would have . Better get ready and prepared for the next onslaught and the $$ it is going to cost you to own a DJI and any other RC TOY you may wish to try. Btw where were you when RDQ sued the FAA did you help fund that court case ? I bet the majority of you DJI fan boys refused to as did those people like Vic Moss, Kenji Sugahara and Dave Messina , Rich Hansin and the rest if the CBO sell outs who also refused to do so . SO you like them are part of the problem, NOT part of the solution ....

This really makes America look bad because as long as DJI has been in America. This is why I say it's not good to put your trust in the people who work in Congress because all they do is come up with stuff to fear among the American people the Drone has been your way too long for you to be talking about a US threat. If this drone was a threat it would have been stopped long time ago. Or why do we have people who can be running a campaign in write such stuff like this into law for a weak drone company. If America want to get rid of DJI build better drones than DJI

As for DJI sending our information from my drone flights to the CCP, who cares. TikTok steals our info and yet they are still doing business in the US. You gave your interpretation of the proposed bill but you didn’t show any actual evidence to support your claim. The actual bill is the best evidence and you didn’t post a link to the bill. For all I know you’re just spewing propaganda by taking a proposed bill out of context. You flat out accused the bill of protectionism with zero evidence. I don’t doubt that ‘DJI’ was a term in the bill but you provided no evidence that DJI is a victim of US protectionism. Edit for some context and a counter narrative. “The legislative move to exclude DJI from the NDAA stemmed from escalating anxieties over how these drones might inadvertently serve as conduits for sensitive information leakage. The core concern is based on the apprehension that DJI drones, by virtue of their sophisticated data collection capabilities, could funnel critical data beyond U.S. borders, directly threatening national security. This isn't a sudden revelation but a culmination of growing unease regarding the expansive deployment of these drones in sensitive sectors. As drones have woven themselves into the fabric of both commercial and governmental operations, the imperative for stringent oversight has become undeniable. This action, therefore, is not just about a ban but a decisive step towards safeguarding the integrity of sensitive data and, by extension, reinforcing national security in an era where technological advancements are both a boon and a bane. DIU and other agencies, as well as private individuals, have demonstrated data transfer is taking place, and has been for many years.” It isn’t about Joe Nobody flying a drone over his son’s football game. It’s about DJI drones being used in sensitive security situations and the possible collection of sensitive data that could be used by foreign adversaries. I figured it wasn’t as simple as you’re trying to make it out to be.
