Clarification, they were all heterosexual and they dressed like that because they were ahead of their time and it was the beginning of GLAM ROCK in that television show of the SONG BALLROOM BLITZ and the next thing that happened was that the women all fell in love with these musicians but their boyfriends who were with them did not like this at all and they began to break not only the stage but also wanted to break the musical equipment. Unfortunately now in 2025 only one of the 4 members is still alive.

Givin’ Yourself Away will always remind me to the 18 years old version of myself. My first love and those innocent days. That’s a lifetime ago and so many loved ones lost along the way. Now i’m 48 and this song takes me back right there. Thanks for the video.

A couple more twofers for ya: Bob Seger Travellin' Man/ Beautiful Loser. Esp off the Live Bullet album. Killer transition, too. You just can't listen to one without the other. The other would be The Loadout/ Stay from Jackson Browne. He's one of my all time favorite singers, too with. DEEP catalogue. Wild card pick: Jackson Browne AND Gregg Allman singing These Days as a duet live. Both recorded it. It's one of those magic moments in music. Half in the shadows behind them is an insanely good guitarist just ripping it up on slide: Jack Pearson. You can even see Jackson turn around several times, like holy hell!! One last: a live vid of Grace Potter and The Nocturnals playing Appologies. To a crowd in, i think Montreal. Early in their career. The crowd mostly sat there in stunned silence- magic was happening right in front of them! Fantastic song on the record- even better, here.

This song is a brilliant, scathing, intentionally inflammatory social commentary that rings as true today (2025) as when it was released back in 1988. Maybe even more so today, with MAGA riding herd.

@SarahraeLivingLife 27 күн бұрын
@James7249 because I'm not reacting to the videos. I'm reacting to the song itself. Also, some videos are copyrighted, and I have gotten a strike before for showing a music video, so I choose not to.

@Darren-h4o haha awh, and my kitty Thanks you. Yes, I adore cats. I try to show my cat as often as I can, at least once in the video now cause I feel pets are calming and people like seeing them. There are 2, but the bigger cat I found but became the family cat, and the smaller black cat is mine. I do feel better and am gonna put the year behind me and start new come January.

A wonderful reaction.Scorpions is a German band. Metallica, Bon Jovi, Iron Maiden and Def Leppard were support acts for the Scorpions. Axl Rose, Shakira and Pink, among others, cite the band as a role model. The Scorpions have sold around 110 million records and are still active. They will celebrate their 60th anniversary in 2025. Their musical style is described as hard rock and heavy metal. Their song Wind of Change was the most successful single in 1991 and the most played song on the radio worldwide.

I've always loved jims voice and felt a close connection to him.. As if we are related spiritually. You're so cute and pretty. I love your headphones with cat ears.. And you started playing with the 50s style cloth in your pony tail being lost in his voice.. He has a tendency to do that to women lol. You have such a beautiful smile. I know this was two years ago, but atleast this song brought me to your channel. Better late than never ❤
