Wanted to point out another infinite interaction I learned about, can't remember who specifically I learned it from but it was in a YT short and I wanted to point it out Plague Belcher + Mikaeus the Unhallowed + Carrion Feeder Basically, have Mikaeus and Carrion Feeder on the field, Mikaeus gives all non-humans undying (if they die without any +1/+1 counters, they return to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on them) Play Plague Belcher, which has an ETB of "put two -1/-1 counters on target creature you control", target the Belcher with this to give it -1/-1 Sac the Belcher with Carrion Feeder, it respawns since it has undying through Mikaeus's Undying anthem effect, when Belcher respawns have it target itself again with its two -1/-1 counters ETB, and because now it's at a net -1/-1, it can proc Undying again. Sacrifice it through Carrion Feeder again to grow Carrion Feeder's stats to an arbitrarily huge number. Also wanted to point out another good card for re-activating ETB's in Blue, being Quasi-Duplicate. It's 3 mana to create a copy of target creature, and it has jump-start so you can discard a card and cast Quasi-Duplicate again from your graveyard to get more value out of a really potent ETB effect like Rot Hulk, or reproduce some good Anthem effects like Death Baron or Zombie Warchief

terrible use of that cyclonic rift at sorcery speed, knowing he had haste. Doing that on the combat step at instant speed would have saved everybody... so that the niv mizzet player could have won. lol

Im so into Karlach from BG3 and also backgrounds in general, that I decided to do Karlach + a background from each color. I started out mono red with Karlach and dragons with dragon cultist. Im working in Karlach and sword coast sailor for the blue background and havnet decided the other 3 colors. For the green i might choose the “buff other creature equal to power” background but im torn between doing that or just going Gruul dragons with the “dragon spells are reduced by 2” background. I Think the White one Will be the flaming fist. The Black one seems to be the most challenging one to built. Im considering some kind of graveyars focused one with maybe unearth / undying theme, but im not sure yet. But undying with barbarians might be fun.

Interesting power level. Lots of powerful cards, but not quite CEDH. I have a few decks like this and I wonder how the new power rating system will define them.

My Etali is dino Tribal. It is an anti-life Dino Tribal deck! I use cards like Sonic Screwdriver to make him unblockable & as a mana rock. As well as Bedlam! To have an army of dinosaurs kill people before their creatures kill me.

I’ve had an ezio assassins deck since ACR came out. I do the Ramses/ezio ability all the time and my playgroup hates it. They will be so close to winning, then I get Ramses out that turn so it’s unexpected instant win

My playgroup would tear this deck apart and it wouldn’t even be funny lmaoooo

I built a Lumra deck this year. I haven’t finished a game with less than 20 forests. It is crazy strong with enough ramp. Can easily get up to over 100+ damage.

Just wanted to say thanks for this one. Love theme decks. I find these to be a fun way to play instead of using the most optimal all the time. Its challenging trying to make something competitive when you hsve less tools. I'm working on upgrading the precons atm to have a full LotR commander pod. Would have loved to see some LotR only upgrades for the precons. With all the new Universe Beyond coming this year I'm sure lots of folks might be interested in various Marvel or Final Fantasy only upgrades.

I first built Arabella as an army deck with a lot of random tokens. It felt much weaker than the rest of my table. I then built it with Purphoros and other ETB damage triggers with loads of Goblins and now its much more powerful

The Wise Mothman is popular for a TON of reasons. His flavor is fun (both as a Fallout card and a super well-known cryptid), he came in a popular precon, he offers a great mill payoff, he helms a new mechanic (rad counters) that can also synergize with +1/+1 counters when you proliferate, he’s a flying beater, and he’s in a popular color combination.

Already made an Imskir deck, I really like it

I think the Wise Moth Man is such a fun commander to build around with mill, not as a win condition, but as a means to buff up your board. I've killed opponents using commander damage, because it can grow so quickly despite the limitation of 1 counter per creature per mill instance.

A personal synergy i have in my (WIP) Imskir deck is Inspiring Statuary. Practically allows the commander to be cheated out

My friend has a Bristly Bill deck, he called it Green BS at FNM and the name has stuck ever since LOL. Lumra and Mothman in my Landfall/Mill Mimeoplasm deck has been super fun ;p

Mothman is popular for a few reasons I think: 1. Has two great abilities that have internal synergy (as well as being a bit of a beater itself with flying). 2. Has incredible build flexibility with being able to build mill decks, +1/+1 counters decks, and helm the new archetype of rads based decks or some combination thereof. 3. Sultai is a great color combination (or at least it's one of my favorites). 4. Of the Fallout precons, I think Mutant Menace merges unique flavor and interesting gameplay the best of the four decks.

I felt and kind of still do feel the same about Bristly, I feel like he is a bit overrated

I'm a fan of Feywild Visitor. It puts less pressure on Karlach herself and makes it a more general izzet beat down deck, and it makes tokens for you to be able to defend yourself with.

Obosh the Preypiercer is a fun include, Doubles Evereth's combat damage as well as the trigger upon sacrificing her.

I think drawing your library and putting one card on top would get you killed wouldn't it? Because you cant chain the etb and death trigger to drain people anymore. if you did you'd end up drawing two and dying to mill because theres only one for you to draw

I know you are going for mono blue in this video, but I have a Muldrotha deck with mindskinner + Sir Konrad and its insane. basically double dipping on all mills. it goes crazy, i milled 44 cards once
