@@MoreThanJustaCleaner Well I'm thinking that kayak trekking would benefit weightwise if you didn't necessarily 'need' a tent or hammock. I've been looking at HH66? Glue stuff for these and I reckon that a couple of tape/strap points would easily allow you to hang your kayak between trees, slightly deflate for comfort ofc then a tarp overhead... I'd also put some loop/tabs on the outside so a basha could be used as a spraydeck or even a rudimentary 'cabin/cowl' for mobile cover from rain. Yeah I know, I am er... not normal haha!😂 I do think the Cirris is the one now that I've seen how you managed with camping gear and your pushie 😁

Karl Could I ask please: is the EZlite 10 any less stable than, for example, your deschutes or chelan? I ask because I have a VERY stable Sea Eagle Explorer 380x, and I want something smaller and lighter for ease of use on short day-trips with a small dog. I need something not heavier than about 13kg, which would include the EZlite10 and the deschutes 110. My main concern with the EZlite10 is stability. If you can advise me from your experience I’d be most grateful. Stuart
@MoreThanJustaCleaner14 күн бұрын
@@stuartburns8192 the EZlite isn't unstable. However the Deschutes and Chelan will always feel more stable because they're wider with flatter hulls. The EZlite V shaped hull makes it more rocky yet not tippy feeling. I hope that helps 👍😊
