To qualify as a natural living person in the courts opinion, to be recognized as such, must a person cancel all contracts?

We are SUPPOSE to be in Article 3 courts, Judges appointed by President & common law but today's courts are Aticle 1 Administration, run as equity, Admiral courts. It's all about contracts & $$$. Why do they call them "Charges?" Stautes are for corporations NOT living beings. Supreme Court has deemed all crimes are commercial. It comes down to contracts & $$$!

That’s what I did ask for dismissal. Judge wouldn’t dismiss and then when I issued a challenge to jurisdiction she said “guilty” and sentenced me to 15 days. That’s Thursday and then Friday she came to the jail and let me out.

@@AntonVitullo I'm not facing prison time, I agree in that circumstance. In mine, it's either probation or whatever a conviction would give me, I doubt any jail time

Always record and be respectful in police custody, then If me, I would Ask the nice officer at a traffic stop, if this is a CRIMINAL investigation? If he says yes, then I invoke the fifth amendment. He will still require me to answer his question, so I say that I will be answering his questions under duress as I don’t wish to go to jail. The officer is require to stop asking questions after the fifth is invoked. I would bring this matter up at court later, but that’s me. Sometimes, I leave my valid driver license home, I would give him all my drivers license information verbally and give the registration and insurance cards to him then sign the ticket with my name and add the words “under duress” next to my signature. You honor, why did this nice man acting as a police officer violate my fifth amendment right at this traffic stop? Your honor, as you know, The bill of rights trumps state statues as the bill of rights was ratified by the people but administrative regulations not so much.

@@vvvwy_8636 well, last month I was there for trial week. Monday comes and goes, and the public defender dismisses me for the day. Tuesday comes and I'm not called and go to lunch and come back. But when I got back from lunch, my PD told me that basically my siblings and there wives are causing them problems over there. So much so that they were even sent on an early lunch and told to come back late lol. The impression I'm lead to is that my PD and the DA assistant are on friendly terms and so the DA asked over lunch break, "Did Michael really have letters and photos saved over the years indicating the exact opposite relationship that was alleged by the victims that they had with their brother?" My attorney said yes. Nothing happened in 1994. Whatever the DA's clients beef with Michael (me) is, happened in 2019, and showed him the evidence i had.

@@vvvwy_8636 ......my attorney told me he showed the DA what I had, and from my PD's experience, and after dealing with these YAHOOS first hand, that the DA was ready to dismiss it with zero evidence against me, and a record of them lying. The PD sent me home and said wait for his call and so I did. Well,...they didn't drop it. They offered me 7 years probation if I plea out to 2 counts of reckless endangerment. He tried to convince me that this is no jail, and none of the original charges. That if I didn't take it, I could be possibly facing up to 17years. But, I turned it down....I'm innocent. I'm not pleading to shit. No jury in their right mind would ever believe the nonsense. They used to visit me in prison, and send me $100 a month, all ten times I was in prison. Why over almost 30 years haven't they filed charges then!??? So the next day, back in court we were to be seen that day, but my PD filed a last ditch motion. We approached the Judges desk and the Judge had said he has never seen or heard of this kind of case, EVER. So if in fact he was to sentence me, HOW. He could see if I would of been 17 at the time of the alleged incident, but I would of been 10! So he sent the attorneys to work and see how to even run or sentence this kind of trial. If there is any record or blueprint at all. So he wouldn't toss it either. But we go back Nov. 7th I believe with their findings. Hopefully the Judge don't want to waste his time or our tax dollars on this, or I'll just have to go win at trial. What's sad is, they literally charged our father with the exact same thing 13 years ago. It's in the PDs database. They're the ones who represent him, and won. But, they won't get it and present it as evidence that I don't have a record for going to court with this kind of thing but they do! Nor am I the first person or family member they've accused. That's important stuff but he hasn't brought it up or showed it. I had also mentioned that about 15 years ago I was involved in a hit-and-run, and was on parole and had my little brother lie and take the rap for. But he got so scared in front of the police he told on me. But my PD will not try to reach out to that arresting officer or even try to find him because he says it's irrelevant like WTF 😒 so it's still ongoing and we will see. They are probably just wondering if I'm worth more as slave labor in prison or more paying tax dollars

Yeah my son never was in trouble. In 12/21 his adopted 2nd daughter says (pressured by mom) her dad touched her. Mom is the one filed with CPS daughter was 17 at the time why didn’t she file, says it happened when she was 11 or 12 doesn’t remember when it happened no penetration doesn’t remember how often not more than a month supposedly. A true victim NEVER forgets even 53 years later. CPS AND COP that issued arrest warrant NEITHER INVESTIGATED, son’s attorneys restricted from presenting and asking questions which they had to have agreed to OUR SON FOUND GUILTY on 8/19/24 sentenced to 15 years on accusations only ALL BECAUSE he filed for custody of his children in 11/21 and his narcissistic ex wife couldn’t handle losing custody of some of her children!
