Thumb over is fine if you have grip issues or hand issues. Just concentrate on squeezing the taget muscle and you will be good. But its not a wrong way or mistake.

Wow these look super sexy. Any plans to make these available again? Or different colourways for the original?

One of the worst fitness tool ever. I am a high level cali athlete, but i cant do any pull up with these beacuse those straps are literally cutting off the skin between my fingers, and the grip is unstable and unconfortable as hell. (No, my grip strenght is decent) so... Maybe its useable for some lighter weight and other gym stuff but overall i really dont recommened to anyone to buy. :(

Literally no angles 90 in sight

They also have a little net, like a cargo net, you can put weights into. So you can put but rocks in it, bricks, solid dumbbells, plates or whatever you can fit.
@michaelkulman7095 Жыл бұрын
If you have a collection of fixed dumbbells the net really makes sense!

Ciao , appena acquistati. Faccio lat machine e accorcio la lunggezza, ma é normale che le cinghie mi strisciano il lato delle dita medio e anulare provocsndomi dolore e vesciche? Come posso fare?

I just found a VERY good use for ths Angles90 grips....and I wonder if anyone else has thought of this. People who use rowing machines....such as my Concept 2 rower.... often complain that they HATE having their hands stuck in just the one, awkward, pronated position, gripping the rowing handle. I have found one very expensive product that solves the problem, but these Angles90 grips are far, far more affordable and easier to use....and better. They totally solve the problem of rowing with your hands stuck in that pronated position for 45 minutes of exercise. It takes 30 seconds to "install" these grips....and even less to take them off.

Why not putting your thumb down?
@mainuser98 Жыл бұрын
If you have thumb over grip, you will have a better mind muscle connection for the back or bicep muscles depening on the exercise.

I have this and its an overall wonderful product - but its very tough to attach it to a door that has tight tolerances - the door simply wont close because of the thickness of 2-3 straps that it must tolerate. If there was a simple door attachment like the jungle gym has which allows just one strap width to hang over the door and then close it would fit many more hotel doors. Just some thoughts for a future attachment.

Why not put the weight over the pin like everyone else in the world....what BS😂😂😂😂
@Joshuamacintosh Жыл бұрын
My gym uses a sliding mechanism for the weight increments, this is actually useful. But I’d just use the pin for pin loaded machines lol

Would be great if they offered the option of a longer strap. By the time you wrap it through on some fatter bars it can be too short.

I love how all of these exercices are 80%+ bicep dominant but being explained as so amazing for back. Not to knock the product, mine just arrived yesterday and i was looking to simply see how to attach the dang thangs, but ended up shaking my head at all of these people bending at the elbow and engaging the bi's vs engaging more of the back muscles to actually move the w8. Anyway, don't do that unless you want disproportionate biceps......like mine lol
