Top tip:
Compared to normal reverse flies, here not only the grip position changes but also the range of motion of your arms: They should here follow a rough Y-shape. This exercise especially serves to optimize posture. As always, try to keep your neck aligned with the rest of your spine.
Alternative exercise:
You can only replicate this exercise with a cable machine or with a cable pulley, not really with dumbbells.
