Thanks. I used your video and another and they were very helpful for working on my Animal 2. I took the wheels out of the vacuum head and lost two pins as one shot across the garage never to be found and another across my work room. Any idea where I can get new pins? They are the tiny ones, and they are a larger gauge than a fat paperclip.

Aside from the 1985 Kirby looking almost pristine.....by simply using a HEPA bag it just got upgraded by a massive amount... I agree with you... I wouldn't use a vacuum without a HEPA bag.... Well... at least I wouldn't want to.

That’s the same Vacuum that controlled explosions destroyed back in 2009. I remember he beat the shit out of it with a golf club. Snapped it in half and ended up beating the motor or the sledgehammer burned out.

I just got a miele cat and dog recently for 74.99 it sounds perfect it only had a clogged in it but that was about it

This was a helpful video for everything except how to actually remove the hood. It took 2 of us to hunt around for the 4 clips that were holding it very tightly. Granted, my model might be older than the one you were showing. Once the hood was off, I had to use a large flat-blade screwdriver as a lever to stretch the belt, but it was a quick fix.

nice video. carpet powders aren't really good for your vacuum, especially for a bagless vacuum so its best to avoid it. dont worry about filming, your in public just filming the vacuum isle at Walmart. there's no law that says filming in public is illegal and if people say there is they are wrong.

These are fabulous vacuums! I have had a couple over the years. Lighter and easier to use than the big self propelled ones, but not as good on bare floors. Also, you don’t see many 12” ones! Hopefully that vacuum will treat you well for years.

I remember removing the sticker like that tbh. I was 8 years old. I don’t remember if my parents threw it away or gave it away. I’m not saying it’s the one I had bc it did not have the same plug like mine did. Mine had like a Dirt Devil plug. Also the hose was broken on the connection
